Flame grilled lamb chops with Kgalagadi Ancient Salt

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Kgalagadi Ancient Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix the olive oil, garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Sprinkle Kgalagadi Ancient Salt over the lamb chops just before serving.
