Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 2g Fresh Ginger
  • Pinch of Kgalagadi Salt

Instructions:

  • Add ginger to shaker and muddle
  • Add rest of ingredients with ice
  • Shake and strain into coupe
  • Garnish coupe rimmed with Kgalagadi Salt and dehydrated lime wheel
