N-umorigins Should Have an Episode of Chef's Table

I received the salts, and I must say, I didn't have big expectations (it is just salt, right?). MAN, OH MAN - WAS I WRONG!!!! I prepared two dishes - a lovely filet mignon and also a gorgeous piece of Sockeye Salmon using different salts. My favorite was the African Beechwood Smoked Salt-- it blew me away. I'm so glad I got the Zambezi Series to try many.

Bravo! I am a damn good chef, but the salts elevated my dishes and astonished my palate! I can't wait to cook and keep trying them in different dishes. The world needs to know about these salts, my dear!!!

Great gift

Got this as a gift for my dad as well as the Sacred Soutini and he loves both, but especially this one. It has a wonderful smoky taste and flavor, as well as an undertone of citrus.

African Beechwood Smoked Salt

Was able to sample this salt in a boutique in Zimbabwe a couple of weeks ago. I would have loved to purchase it then but it was twice the price in the boutique than it was from the website. I will be purchasing again!
