I received the salts, and I must say, I didn't have big expectations (it is just salt, right?). MAN, OH MAN - WAS I WRONG!!!! I prepared two dishes - a lovely filet mignon and also a gorgeous piece of Sockeye Salmon using different salts. My favorite was the African Beechwood Smoked Salt-- it blew me away. I'm so glad I got the Zambezi Series to try many.
Bravo! I am a damn good chef, but the salts elevated my dishes and astonished my palate! I can't wait to cook and keep trying them in different dishes. The world needs to know about these salts, my dear!!!
